Use our booking form to tell us what you need. You will receive a unique reference straight away. This is a request — not a confirmed booking — and no payment is taken online.

We get in touch
The shop reviews your request and contacts you by phone or email to confirm details, an estimated price and timing.

Drop off your garments
Bring your items to 3 Cotford Rd, Thornton Heath CR7 7JG. Collection from your address is pending confirmation. Please point out stains, damage or care labels.

Inspection & quote
We inspect each item. Alterations and specialist items are quoted before any work begins.

Track progress
Enter your reference and email on the Track page to see the latest status.

Collect
Collect when your order is ready. Payment is arranged in store.
